We saw through the previous articles, we have unlimited power
that makes us the most noble and most powerful creature that can exist.
We also said that it is important not to associate all these
unlimited powers to a negative thought (I am weak ...) rather more positive,
more doors are opened to the neocortex (our unlimited power)
So change your thinking, it
will change your life :)
Now, you should know that our brains work Rhythms so-called
brain rhythm

Delta
waves: those deep, dreamless sleep.
·
Theta
waves: deep relaxation, full awakening, suffering particularly by experienced
meditators.
·
Alpha
waves: those of mild relaxation and quiet wakefulness.
·
Beta
waves: those of current activities. Strangely, the beta brain waves pass during
short periods of sleep with dreaming (REM), as if the activities of the dream
were activities "routine".
·
Gamma
waves that would manifest greater brain activity, such as during the creative
process and problem solving.
The best mental resources for creativity and problem solving
(the unlimited power of the brain) would be in the range of theta waves, which,
unfortunately, is not easily accessible.
How can we do to use our unlimited power? We do agree that we
must reach the theta wave or Alpha. we can give direct orders to our
neocortex who do not know failure!
How can we access the Alpha wave?
The answer is through abdominal breathing :)
Exercise to do 5 to 10 minutes
per day:
1 / closed mouth, inhale through the nose through the abdomen (4
seconds)
2 / closed mouth, keep the air for some seconds (2
seconds)
3 / Exhale through your mouth, tucking belly (very gently 8 seconds)
4 / Mouth closed, keep the lungs empty for a few seconds (2
seconds)
