Managing stress and anger



Hello everyone, 

We face every day with situations that increases the level of stress, at work, in the street or at home.

You should know that more than 75% of diseases are due to our mental state, stress, anger 
Is how to manage stress? How can we reduce stress? 
First of all we must understand where the stress is, how it is generated from? 

It is the purpose of this recording, I give you here a brief overviews 

You should know that the brain that consists of two parts: 

The conscious part (the cortex), the one doing the analysis, comparisons, creativity, intelligence, solidarity etc. .. 
The unconscious part (neocortex): This is where the unlimited power of the human being lies, (memory, emotion, first learning intuition) that is stock or all of our programs, our experiences .. 
This part precisely is responsible for protecting us to survive in times of danger, this part takes control automatically all the mechanisms and directs us either to flee or attack! (Reptilian)(Fight-or-flight response)

How it goes: 

When we are facing a danger ,the reptilian threat takes control illuminates the cortex and instructs to pump a high amount of adrenaline in the Song, so over the Corp. in the muscles, to generate a maximum power quickly, the heart begins to break down faster, increasing temperature, respiration as well. 

Why am I talking about this ? 

Unfortunately these exactly the same process that is triggered when anger or stress! 
You can imagine what points the stress and anger are dangerous, you see how our body becomes crazy! 

Now, we all agree that we certainly do not want to hurt our bodies, so let there how can we do to reduce stress and anger. 

The first thing that already is awareness! 

Are you aware that stress, anger does to destroy every organ in our Corp. ? which explains all the diseases that can be caused by stress! 
Are you aware that it is absolutely worthless to get excited and get stressed?

· Abdominal Breathing 
· Chocolate with Strawberry 
· Protein (non-animal) 
· Omega 3 found in the world, fish ..
