Self Hypnosis For Everyone

Through the various articles / videos we saw all .we talkedunlimited powers of the human being, as we have seen that we only using 10% of our capacity mentale.90% remaining is our subconscious.

We have also seen that our subconscious is primarily responsible for everything that happens in our lives. It was he who controls everything. Protect  us 24/24 not stop. It is he who transform what we eat in Song, OS, fat ..., it is he who controls every organ of our body controls our energy control every cell in our body.

So if we can control that part of the brain, we can control everything in our bodies.

We can  for example:

  o Quitting
  o Losing weight
  o Build self-confidence,
  o Better sleep,
  o Combat Stress, depression and anxiety,
  o Delete deadlocks (phobias, shyness)
  o Control of chronic pain,
  o Relieve or prevent migraine
  o Overcoming fatigue,
  o Achieving Goals,
  o To develop creativity,
  o Stimulate your mental and physical abilities,
  o Improve professional or academic performance,
  o Learning to control emotions

Unfortunately, we can not control this unlimited power of our subconscious that if the frequency Alpha (which I mentioned in anotherarticle) is reached.

There are electronic devices that can help you achieve this mental frequency and open the doors to your subconscious.

But I have good news for you, you can  yourself achieve this frequency by relaxation exercises, practicing self-hypnosis.

Exercise:

You rest in a quiet room with soft light, you can lie down on a chair, or your bed, the most important thing is to choose a position that helps you relax, extend your body.

After you start breathing through your nose, deep well, once the lungs, you count two seconds before exhaling very very very slowly through your mouth .after you rest 2seconde lungs vide.et you repeat the cycle several times (hang 10 min for example).

You practice the exercise until you feel that your body becomes very Heavy is like if you go to sleep, you can not move your arms or legs, almost asleep!, And this is where your brain begins to cross the Alfa frequency, wear your subconscious opens.

Try to  not think about anything, nothing really, it's hard but you will see that over time you will improve.

Once you get to this stage, you can give mental orders to your subconscious. It is you who order now, ask them to do what you want, and imagine yourself actually doing what you want, images, sounds, feelings, imagine in detail what you want things, the more you are precise, feelings are intense, the more your subconscious understands the command and execute it without fail!


You can exercise just before sleep and after waking up, so you're going to let your subconscious work on command all night hang your sleep!
